PCA on data from 2-point statistics and measured parameters from OM datasets
Chord length(particle spacing), Size, and colume fraction of constituent particles were measured from segmented binary images. In addition, 2-point statistics of the binary images were calculated. PCA were done on both these measured paramteres and 2-point statistics. The results are presented in the folowing slides:
